celebrating one year!

today we are celebrating the first birthday of our sweet Gracelyn Jean!

Gracie, we love you so much and we can’t believe you are already a year old! you are such a feisty firecracker, with a big personality and a strong spirit. you are dramatic and sensitive, sweet and happy. you are easy going, but very stubborn when you don’t get your way! you are always moving, and you love to explore. you have no fear, so mama has to watch you closely to keep you safe! you love to crawl and cruise and we think you’re getting close to walking. your babble is the sweetest sound to our ears. you sing and dance a lot. you are so funny and cute!

you are going to do big things with your life, we can tell already:) you have brought us immeasurable joy, and we feel so lucky to have you in our family. you make us smile every day. you fill our hearts with deep love. we can’t wait to see what you will do in this next year of life.
